Grandma’s creamy Italian cucumber salad

+for power:
°4 large cucumbers, peeled and thinly sliced
°2 cups large garden tomatoes, seeded and chopped
°1/2 cup onion (any kind), finely chopped
°1/2 cup sliced ​​green olives
°1 c cherry tomatoesPlace all salad ingredients, except for the cherry tomatoes, in a large mixing bowl and toss until everything is evenly combined.
+For dressing:
°1 c mayonnaise
°1/2 c  powdered Parmesan cheese
°1/2 cup balsamic vinegar (we use Newman’s own or homemade)
°2 teaspoons onion powder
°1 teaspoon garlic powder
°2 tablespoons dry Italian seasoning or dry thyme
°1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
Placing all dressing ingredients in  mixing bowl also whisk to smooth. Pour over salad ingredients and mix gently. Transfer the salad to a pretty salad bowl and top with cherry tomatoes and a sprig of fresh basil for garnish, if desired. Relax until you are ready to serve.
