FRIED APPLE PIES

°Puff pastry
°Apples or applesauce 3
°Sugar (adjusted to your taste) 1 tbsp
°Cinnamon 1/2 tsp
*PREPERATION
1Cutting apples to small wedges and throw them in saucepan. Add a little water and cook very gently over low heat until the apples cook to a compote state and the water has evaporated.
2Remove from the heat and grind everything with a spoon as finely as possible. Do not use a blender. It would be less good and it would be more difficult to contain in the slipper. Adding cinnamon & sugar to taste.
3Roll out the puff pastry, cut circles, wet the edge. Place a good spoonful of compote inside and close the edges, taking care to fold them down well.
4Brown with an egg yolk and milk mixture.
To finish
Put in the oven at 230°C (thermostat 8) for about 15 to 20 minutes.
