This Crockpot Pepper Steak recipe is for you if you are looking for a simple yet delicious Crockpot dinner idea !
Chili steak is a traditional Chinese American dish named for two main ingredients: peppers, specifically sweet peppers and steak, often sirloin, sirloin, or round. They are dipped in a thick, almost broth-like sauce made of ginger and soy sauce, which envelops every bite with a rich, delicious taste.
Pepper steak is generally served as a quick fry, but I wanted to see if I could make a slow-cooker version.

This slow-cooker steak recipe is easy to prepare yet full of flavor. This Chinese Chilli Slices Recipe is a family favorite, and we added it to our daily courses !  Dinner is complete when served with rice with a salad.
This pepper stick is an easy recipe that has always helped me on my very busy days, so if you are a busy person every recipe on my website works for you.
* Well to achieve this, you will need these ingredients :
° 500 grams of beef broth.
° 1 carton. From meat broth.
° 1 carton. From stewed tomatoes.
° Colored pepper.
° Vegetable oil.
° 3 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce.
° 1 teaspoon chopped garlic.
° Season 1 tablespoon salt.
° 1 tablespoon of all-purpose flour.
+ And you just need to follow these four steps to do so !!

Step 1:
First, in a large mixing bowl, I mixed the flour with the season’s salt, then put the meat in, and covered it completely with this mixture.
Step 2:
Next, I heated up vegetable oil in a large frying pan, then added the meat, chopped garlic, and bell pepper, which I had sliced ​​before, and cooked until the meat started turning brown.
Step 3:
At this point, I transferred the beef and peppers from the skillet to a slow cooker lined with paper towels, leaving the fat behind.
The fourth step:
Finally, I added the stewed tomatoes with the juice and a can of meat broth to the oil in the skillet where I fried the meat.
