Pancakes are one of the most delicious American breakfast dishes and they are easy to prepare. Read on to learn more about this delicious treat!

 

* the ingredients

° 2 cups flour

° 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

° 3 tablespoons of sugar

° 1/2 teaspoon salt

° 2 eggs

° 1 1/2 cups liquid milk

° 3 tablespoons melted butter or ghee

° Vanilla

 

* Steps

In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, sugar and salt together.

In other bowl, whisk eggs, milk and vanilla.

Mix the egg mixture on the flour mixture well and add the butter.

Heat a frying pan and put a little butter or ghee in it. Pour a cup of sauce into the pan and leave to fry from the bottom and flip, repeat the process until the amount is finished
