My family loves potatoes, especially my kids! So sometimes I make them potato casserole like this crack potatoes. Here’s the recipe.
2 (16 oz) containers of sour cream.
8 oz of cooked and chopped bacon.
2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese.
1 package of ranch dip mix.
1 (30 oz) bag of shredded hash browns.
In a large bowl, mix together the sour cream, bacon, cheese and ranch dip mix until well combined then stir in the hash browns.
Spread the mixture in a sprayed 13×9 casserole dish and bake for 50 to 60 minutes in a preheated oven to 400°.
Let set before serving and Voila!
