Crispy Baked Potato Wedges

6 potatoes, peeled and washed
3 Tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon sea salt, or to taste
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1 teaspoon paprike


Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
Grease the bottom with olive oil.
Peel, wash and dry the potatoes and cut them into wedges.
In a cup stir the olive oil,salt, pepper and paprika together.
Pour onto the potatoes and toss well to coat the wedges.
Spread the potatoes onto the prepared baking sheet, keep in a single layer.
Place into the preheated oven and bake for 35-45 minutes until crisp and golden, stirring occasionally
