Amazing!! This caramel sauce recipe is just super amazing! I have tried to make caramel sauce in a different way before and it didn’t work, but this one was just perfect! I TOTALLY RECOMMEND IT!
WHAT YOU NEED :
– 1 cup of Brown Sugar
– 1/2 stick of Butter (about 4 Tablespoons)
– 1/2 cup of Half-and-half( You can also use Cream, but make sure it will make it thicker)
– 1 Tablespoon of Vanilla
– Pinch Of Salt
HOW TO MAKE IT :
STEP 1 :
Pick in a medium saucepan and mix in all ingredients over medium-low to medium heat.
STEP 2 :
Once done, cook while whisking gently until thicker. Then turn off heat and make sure to serve warm or refrigerate until cold.
#QUIK TIP :
You may want to continue cooking for a few more minutes in case sauce is thin.

12/22/18 – Made this. It turned out yummy! I did cook it longer than the recipe called for so that it began to thicken up. It turned out the perfect dipping consistency. It made enough for 3 half pint jars of dip. A great gift.!
