°2 pounds frozen hash brown ½ cup shortening or ½ cup melted butter 1 (10 1/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup 1 pint sour cream
°1⁄2 cup peel & chopped onion
°2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
°1 teaspoon salt
°1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
