POTATO SOUP RECIPE

Buy the best potatoes, of rare varieties, grown organically or in a sustainable manner directly from quality French farmers.
* Ingredients for 4 persons :
° 6 potatoes
° 300 g carrots
° 40g pink garlic from Lautrec
° 2  tablespoons of sour cream
° 1 liter of water
° 1 vegetable stock cube

* Preparation of recipe :
Peel the garlic.
Washing, peeled & cutting potatoes also carrots to pieces.
Put everything in a casserole dish. Adding garlic, water also broth.
Briing to boil & cook about 30 min.
Mix, add the cream, salt and pepper and serve.
