° 4 large eggs
° Half a cup of milk
° A quarter cup of all-purpose flour
° A quarter cup of granulated sugar
° Quarter teaspoon of salt
° 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
° 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
° 8 thick bread slices
* Instructions :
Preheat the grill to 350 degrees Fahrenheit or heat a skillet over medium heat. Butter it well.
Add all ingredients, except for bread, to a blender or a shallow dish and whisk well to mix. If the flour is whipped by hand, it is okay if the flour does not mix completely.
Dip slices of bread in the egg mixture, cover well on both sides, and place on a tray or hot skillet greased with oil.
Cook for a few minutes, until the bottom of the bread begins to turn golden brown. Turn it over and cook on the other side the same way.
It is raised to a plate. Serve warm with sugar syrup and a pinch of powdered sugar.
