Simple and easy ! My whole family loves this recipe so much. If it were for them, I’d be making this every day! Give it a shot, you’ll love it!To Make this Recipe You’ Will Need the following ingredients:

Ingredients:

250 g 300 g bread flour
1 teaspoon of active dry yeast
25 g butter, melted and cooled
½ teaspoon of salt
25g of sugar
125 ml of lukewarm milk
1 egg at room temperature
A little melted butter for the garnish

Instructions :

Start by diluting the yeast in a little warm (not hot) water, add 1 teaspoon of sugar and let it foam for about 10 minutes. Pour 250 g of flour as well as the salt and sugar in a bowl and mix. Make a well in the center and pour in the egg and melted butter. Gradually add the dissolved yeast and milk. Start by mixing with a wooden spoon if the dough is very sticky, add a little flour. Form a ball (the dough is a little sticky, this is normal). Film and cover with a clean tea towel. Let rise for about 1h30-2 hours or until tripling in volume. Degas the dough and transfer it to the work surface. Cut the dough into 9 parts and roll it between the palm of your hand to form a ball. Place in a baking dish covered with baking paper, spacing the balls slightly. Cover with a tea towel and let rise for about 31 min. In the meantime, preheat the oven to 190 C. Bake the rolls for 20 minutes or until the surface is golden. Melt a little butter and brush the surface of the rollers out of the oven if desired.
