This homemade caramel candy is so delicious and a great choice if you are looking for a sweet/desert that will literally melt in you’re mouth !! Seriousely, you’ll be suprised at how easy they are to make, just give it a go !!
WHAT YOU NEED TO MAKE THIS RECIPE :
° Liquid milk: 5 cups
° Butter: 1 teaspoon
° Ground cinnamon: 1 teaspoon
° White sugar: 3 cups
1. Before you begin, you’re going to get a saucepan and put sugar & cinnamon, then put saucepan on a very low flame. And please let it until it melts, caramelizes and turns a lightly brown color.
2. While caramel mixture is hot, add 3 cups of liquid milk to it, stirring ingredients well and fastly, until we get a totally mixture and a thicken consistency.
3. You’ll want to add the remaining cup of milk and 1 tablespoon of butter over the mixture. After that, stir gently until well combined.
4. Now that’s combined, you can remove the pot from the heat. Make sure to leave the caramel sauce until it cools. You may want to keep it for use time or use it to decorate desserts directly
