I’m sure this cake is the cherry at the tip of my dinner. I made a small meal for my family about a week ago, because one of my aunts was visiting Portugal, so I decided to surprise her.
I might rename it Aunt-catcher after her first bite. And so with her hahaha, she barely picks up half the cake.
This is not a normal cake filled with coconut. It doesn’t look like a real cake, in reality. This is far more like a flan of BETTER consistency.
ALL INGREDIENTS YOU’LL NEED:
• FOR THE CAKE:
+ 2+1/2 C.Of=500g.Of flour.
+ A can.Of condensed milk.
+ A can.Of evaporated milk.
+ One C.Of coconut milk.
+ 1/2 C.Of regular sugar
+ 3 large eggs
+ 3 TBSP.Of margarine
• FOR THE ICING:
+ 1 cup coconut milk
+ 2 tablespoons sugar
+ 1 cup shredded coconut
HOW TO MAKE:
• THE CAKE:
+ Step 1: Blend all the cake ingredients in a mixer.
+ Step 2: Pour the batter into a Bundt pan that is well greased and floured.
+ Step 3: Depending on the oven, bake for 50 to 60 minutes, at 350 degrees F until golden brown.
+ Step 4: To check the density, insert a toothpick. Remove your cake from the oven if it comes out clean.
• THE ICING:
+ Step 1: In a saucepan, pour the coconut milk, sugar, and grated coconut, stirring regularly.
+ Step 2: Get it to a boil, let it cool for a moment, then spill it over a warm cake.
+ Step 3: When completed, the icing mixture would look like condensed milk.
ENJOY IT!!
