COCONUT CAKE FROSTED WITH THE FAMOUS 7-MINUTES FROSTING

Grandma’s Homemade Coconut Cake is a cake made with ingredients and glazed in 7 minutes.(perfect), this is the family we picked for 12 months for holidays and unique activities.

+To compose this recipe you will need the following ingredients:
* Ingredients:  
° 1 half gr. Sugar,
° 2 tsp corn syrup,
° 1 / 4 c water,
° 6 eggs whites,
° tsp.vanilla
* instructions:  
1-In a heat-resistant bowl of an electric mixer, mix all the ingredients (except vanilla) and place the bowl in a saucepan of boiling water.
2 Whisk the mixture until it warms up to 160 degrees, using a thermometer or instant research.
3- Transfer the mixing bowl onto your stand mixer and, using the whisk attachment, beat on high until stiff, and shiny peaks form (about 6 minutes).
4. Mix with vanilla. Put the cake on immediately.
