This is the only recipe you’ll ever need for lobster tails, and it’s shockingly simple! • THE LIST OF ALL INGREDIENTS  :
 – Two fresh lobster pieces/the medium sized shrimp.
 – A finely small grated onion into fine slices.
 – 1 T.Of lemon juice.
 – 1 T.Of sea salt.
 – 1 T.Of ginger powder.
 – 2 tsp.Of minced garlic.
 – 1/2 tsp.Of mixed spices.
 – 1/2 tsp.Of cumin.
 – 1/4 tsp.Of hot black pepper.
 – 1/4 tsp.Of ground coriander.
 – Some green chilis sliced in small-thin slices.

• THE INSTRUCTIONS: 
There are two techniques, one is used to grill, and the other is used to fry, as, for the process of grilling, it is as follows:
