SMALL CHEESECAKES WITH CARAMEL SAUCE ARE GREAT!! The cheesecake foundation is just a few ingredients! If you like a simple cheesecake, you’re going to love this recipe!
You’ll need the following ingredients:
– 2 cups cream cheese.
– 1/4 cup white sugar.
– 3 large eggs.
– 1 teaspoon vanilla.
For The Crust:
– 1 Cup of almond MILK.
– 1/2 cup of almonds with slivers.
– 1/4 cup of butter, melted.
– 1/4 cups of sugar.
– 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon field.
– 1/4 Teaspoon Baking soda.
– A pinch of salt.
For The Caramel:
– Half cup of granulated sugar.
– 2 tablespoons warm water.
– 1 tablespoon butter.
– 1/2 cup evaporated milk.
STEP I _Preheat the oven to 350F temperature.
STEP II _Crush the almonds with slives.
STEP III _Mix the almond flour, crushed almonds, baking soda, cinnamon powder, salt, and sugar together and then add the melted butter to the bowl. Mix until well combined.
STEP IV _Fill a muffin tin with liners and transfer the mixture to liner bottoms, and bake for ten minutes.
STEP V _Adjust the oven down to 300 degrees F.
STEP VII _Beat the cream cheese, butter, eggs, and vanilla extract in a small dish, and spoon the mixture in the muffin tins. Return to the oven and bake for about 30 to 35 min.
STEP VIII _Meantime, combine granulated sugar and warm water in a medium saucepan over medium heat and bring it to boil until the sugar is completely dissolved for 10 min. When it’s done, remove from heat and gently stir in butter and milk. Place the pan over medium-high heat until caramelized sugar has melted.
STEP IX _Cool the caramel at room temperature, then place it covered in the refrigerator for 40 minutes.
STEP X _ Remove the cheesecakes from the oven and fill each one with about 3 teaspoons of caramel.
Store the mini cheesecakes in the fridge until serving.
