* INGREDIENTS :
° 450 g perfetto penne lychee
° 2/1 m. R Coarse salt + more for seasoning
° 1/4 kg olive oil + 2 tbsp
° 450 g medium shrimp, peeled and cleaned
° 4 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
° 1 kg fresh spinach leaves
° 1/2 m. Y fresh black pepper + more for seasoning
° 12 kg fresh parsley, chopped
° 14 kg grated Parmesan cheese
1. Scald pasta, following preparation on pack .
2. Meantime, heat oil in a large frying pan on medium heat, add shrimp, spinach, 1/2 small spoon salt, and 1/2 small spoon black pepper. Cooking for 4 min, stir, until shrimp is pink. Take from heat and let to cool totally .
3. Put the boiled noodles in a large bowl, add the mixture of shrimp, spinach, parsley, parmesan and 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Stir the mixture well until the ingredients overlap. Season.
