Easy Sticky Chicken

Because this needs approximately 1 1/2 hours to urge the sauce clingy and sticky, it’s important that you simply don’t use breast–either bone-in or boneless. this is often a recipe for meat , so if you’re not a meat lover and only eat white, this isn’t your recipe. in fact you’ll try it with breast–and if you are doing , bone-in with skin only, but you’ll be sadly disappointed within the results. i think the result with boneless skinless would be inedible, IMO.
This would be equally good with wings–use an equivalent method and cook time. What an incredible appetizer or football snack!
To Make this Recipe You’ll Need the subsequent ingredients:
Ingredients:
3 -5 pounds bone in chicken with skin (folks usually use legs and/or thighs)
1 cup ketchup
1 cup honey
1 cup sugar
½ cup low sodium soy
½ teaspoon garlic powder

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.
In a sauce pot, combine ketchup, honey, sugar , soy sauce, and garlic powder over medium heat.
Bring it just to a boil while stirring. Remove from heat.
Arrange chicken pieces in 9×13 dish. Pour entire amount of sauce over chicken, turning pieces with tongs to coat.
Place in oven, uncovered, turning chicken after 45 minutes.continue baking another 30minutes
Fifteen minutes before cooking time is up, flip pieces another time and baste with sauce
