* Ingredients :
Ground meat: 500 grams
Onions: 1 piece (medium size, chopped)
Rusk: half a cup
Coriander: 1 tablespoon (chopped)
Parsley: 1 tablespoon (chopped)
Olive oil: 2 tbsp
Cumin: 1 teaspoon (ground)
– Salt, to taste
– Black pepper to taste
* How to prepare :
Put the minced meat in a bowl, add the chopped onion (fine), coriander, parsley, oil, and season with salt, black pepper and cumin, mix well, and leave this mixture aside for half an hour.
After that, add the rusk and mix well, form small balls from the mixture, and put them on a tray greased with oil.
Then put the tray in the oven for 15 minutes on a medium heat, (you can cook the meatballs over the charcoal).
Serve hot grilled meatballs with mustard.
