Crock Pot Sesame Chicken

2 lbs. skinless, boneless chicken
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
3 small cloves garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1 Tbsp. ketchup
1 Tbsp. toasted sesame seeds

Dice chicken.
Put chicken in the crock pot. Add remaining ingredients. Stir. Cover and cook on low 6 to 8 hours or on high 3 or 4 hours.

Serve over rice.
