Ingredients Method

Ingredients
  

  • cups flour
  • /2 tsp. salt
  • tsp. cream of tartar
  • small spoon baking soda
  • stick butter softened
  • /3 cup sugar
  • eggs
  • cup milk
  • /2 tsp. vanilla
  • large spoon. sugar + 1 tsp. cinnamon about filling

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, stiring together  salt ,flour,  cream of tartar & baking soda.
  2. In a blender bowl, cream  butter also sugar.
  3. Add  eggs and blend .
  4. Add  milk & vanilla & combine very until well mixed .
  5. Stirring  wet ingredients to dry ingredients, but until moisten .
  6. Fill in  muffin cups 2/3 of manner full of batter.
  7. Spread with cinnamon sugar. I just drawn a little in mid my digit & sprinkled  top of every muffin.
  8. Baking at 400 degrees for 21 min .
  9. ENJOY !!
