Ingredients
  

  • chicken 2 kilos
  • shallots
  • sprigs of rosemary

  • grams of apple
  • grams of bacon

  • grams white wine
  • grams soy sauce
  • black pepper
  • salt
  • extra virgin olive oil.
  • Instructions :
  • Start by preparing the stuffing. The ingredients indicated are peeled seeded, etc.
