OMG! These are OUT OF THIS WORLD! Cream puffs
For cream filling:
I use
cream cheese (softened),
instant vanilla pudding (large box)
1 cup heavy cream
1 1/2 cup milk.
Mix cream cheese in bowl with electric mixer until smooth, light and creamy. Add pudding mix and milk and mix on low until incorporated and then mix on med until thickened. Enjoy ladies. These are actually my cream puffs shown.

Donut:
1 cup water
1 cup butter
2 cups flour
5 eggs
Over medium heat melt butter in water. Bring to a boil and remove from heat. Immediately add flour and whip in with a wooden spoon. Add one egg at a time to incorporate well into dough. Drop by cookie scoop onto parchment paper on baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min. Cool on wire rack then fill with the custard mixture I posted earlier and dust with powdered sugar. Enjoy!

Add the cream to the cream cheese and then beat until smooth and creamy then add the pudding and milk. I alternated between the pudding and milk because the pudding thickens very quickly.

Susan if you’re going to post recipes it would be nice if you where more specific about the amount of ingredients and when to incorporate. Also it would be in your favor when multiple people ask you the same question you would answer their questions. This is one of the reasons you have a comment box. I have read the recipe several times myself and you make no mention how much cream cheese when to add the heavy cream the kind of flour or even direction on how to fill the “Cream Puffs. There are so many holes in the direction. It would be greatly appreciated if you could do 1 of 2 things. Either read your comments and take the time to answer ligament question we all have or take the time to rewrite the recipe. After all that’s why you have the comment box.
