Barrel Meatloaf

The meatloaf is perfectly seasoned, super tender thanks to the addition of grated cheese, and topped with a delicious glaze that will blow your mind!
*Ingredients
°1 ½ lbs Ground beef
°½ C yellow onion ()
°¼ cup green bell pepper (small diced)
°3 eggs
°4 oz sharp cheddar cheese
°¼ cup whole milk
°Ritz Biscuit (2 rounds)
°1 tsp each, salt / pepper
meatloaf glaze
°½ c ketchup
°½ c brown sugar
°1 tsp yellow mustard
°1 tsp Worcestershire sauce


* Methods  :
Preheat your oven 350°F (176°C).
In a small bowl, combine frosting ingredients, whisk until smooth. Set aside for later.
½ c ketchup, ½ c brown sugar, 1 tsp yellow mustard, 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
In a large bowl, add the ground beef, onion, green pepper, eggs, cheese, milk, crushed Ritz crackers, salt and pepper. Using your clean hands, mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
1 ½ lb ground beef, ½ cup yellow onion, ¼ cup green pepper, 3 eggs, 4 oz sharp cheddar, ¼ cup whole milk, Ritz Biscuit, 1 tsp each, salt and pepper
Place the meatloaf mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and shape into a loaf shape.
Bake at 350°F (176°C) for 30 minutes, remove from oven and apply glaze to top of meatloaf.
Return your meatloaf to the oven and continue baking for 30 minutes or until the meatloaf is 160°F (72°C) when the temperature is checked in the center of the loaf.
Remove from the oven and let rest for 10 minutes. Slice, serve & Enjoy !
