Baked Chicken Thighs

Prepared Chicken Thighs are a delightful and exceptionally basic primary dish. These chicken thighs have a completely firm skin and additional delicious meat! They are wonderful served close by pureed potatoes or Scalloped Potatoes.


6 bone-in chicken thighs with skin (approx. 5-6 ounces each)

2 tablespoons olive oil

2-3 teaspoons chicken seasoning or Italian seasoning

salt and pepper to taste


Preheat broiler to 425°F. Line a skillet with foil and put a baking rack on top.

Touch chicken skin dry with a paper towel to eliminate any dampness.

Sprinkle chicken with olive oil and season with preparing, salt and pepper.

Put on the rack and heat 35-40 minutes or until chicken arrives at 165°F.

Cook 2-3 minutes.
