I have never tried anything like this before! I was so amazed by how awesome this cheesecake turned out despite not baking it. This recipe is very hassle-free because you don’t need to bake it and check from time to time. All you need to do is to layer the ingredients, place it inside the fridge, and you have yourself a Cheesecake to remember! Oh, man, you have got to give this one a try! Feel free to add more ingredients or try a different fruit for the filling. Enjoy!
Graham Cracker Crust:
1 ¼ cups graham cracker crumbs
¼ cup margarine softened
¼ cup of sugar
1 (8 ounces) package cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup heavy cream, whipped
1 (12.5 ounces) can cherry pie filling (or another filling of your choice)
Step 1: In a medium mixing bowl, add the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and margarine. Stir until well mixed.
Step 2: Transfer the mixture into a prepared pie plate and press it on the sides and the bottom.
Step 3: In another medium mixing bowl, add the cream cheese, vanilla, and sugar. Beat until well blended.
Step 4: Add the whipped cream and beat until well combined.
Step 5: Transfer the mixture over the crust and spread it evenly using a rubber spatula.
Step 6: Place inside the fridge for about 2 to 3 hours or until firm and chilled.
Step 7: Remove from the fridge and spread the cherry pie filling on top of the cheesecake.
Step 8: Place inside the fridge to chill.
Step 9: Serve and enjoy!
