This takes five minutes to prep and only thirty minutes for everything to come together. The combination of the simple ingredients along with the ground meat, tomato sauce, and pasta gives this pasta dish a strong punch of flavours that reminds me of mom back in the days. She loves meals that are simple, budget-friendly, and convenient like this Goulash. And although I always stick to the traditional veggies such as bell pepper, onion, and tomato, you are free to add vegetables you desire in this Goulash from cubed potatoes, carrots, and rutabagas.
