  • pound Elbow macaroni
  • pounds Ground beef
  • /2 Onion diced
  • cloves garlic minced
  • tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • ounces Tomato sauce
  • ounces diced tomatoes
  • teaspoons Oregano
  • teaspoon Basil
  • /4 teaspoon Rosemary
  • teaspoon Parsley
  • /4 teaspoon thyme
  • teaspoon salt
  • /2 teaspoon Black pepper
  • /2 teaspoon Paprika
  • c. Cheddar cheese

Method
 

  1. Cook the macaroni in boiling salted water for about 4 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. To a skillet, add the ground beef and onions. Cook for about 5 to 7 minutes, stirring frequently until cooked through.
  3. Stir in the garlic and Worcestershire sauce.
  4. To the skillet, pour in the tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, and the rest of the spices, mixing well.
  5. Now, add the pasta, stir, and simmer the mixture for 5 to 10 minutes more until all the flavours are mixed and the pasta is cooked to al dente.
  6. If desired, stir in the cheese and let it melt before serving.
