Last month I share my famous quick fruits salad, and It was loved so much by our readers that I figured it was time to cook up a spin on the famous recipe. Lately, I’ve been on a pudding kick. I’ve been trying some dishes with pudding as a surprise ingredient, I tell you.
How much pudding mix enhances the taste of a meal it’s incredible. So, I realized I wanted to use pudding while I was thinking of how to twist up the cheesecake salad. It kicks it up a notch indeed.
This latest summer salad is so delicious that your favorite fruit salad will certainly take its spot.
In my family, we call this salad: the summer’s queen!!!! IT’S WORTH THIS NICKNAME!!

INGREDIENTS:

3 large sliced strawberries.

4 sliced bananas.

1 Pkg.Of soft cream cheese.

1 container.Of raspberries.

16oz.Of vanilla yogurt.

1 tub. Of Thawed cool whip, use the 8 oz size.

1 Pkg. Of cheesecake flavor instant pudding, or you can use a pie filling mix.

1/2 bag.Of miniature marshmallows.

The juice of two lemons.


DIRECTIONS:

Step 1:

I whipped the cream cheese in a medium-high bowl with an electric mixer until it becomes creamy. In the beaters, it will knot up, but proceed as is and it will loosen up. Add the combination of dry pudding.

Step 2:

I added the vanilla yogurt and thawed cold whip, and I beat until well mixed.

Step 3:

After that, I added the sliced strawberries, banana slices, and lemon juice in a large bowl.

Step 4 :

And I stir to coat the fruit pieces with lemon juice, after that, I added the fruits to the creamy mixture.

Step 5:

I stir in the marshmallows around, and finally, I added the raspberries.
