This recipe is over 100 years old. My sister-in-law’s grandmother said it was a recipe that didn’t fail. It’s the best I’ve ever had.

* For the pie:

° 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil

° 2 tablespoons of milk

° 2 tablespoons of sugar

° 100 g very soft semi-salted butter

° 1 egg yolk

° 200 g flour

* Preparation:

In a bowl, mix the oil, milk, and sugar together

Add butter and egg yolk and beat again until you get a smooth mass

Then add the flour until we get a soft dough

Wash the dough and let it rest for at least two hours in the refrigerator

Just use it as per your inspiration and spread it by hand or with a cylinder
