INGREDIENTS
- 1 box Lemon Cake Mix 18.5 oz box
- 1 cup Vegetable Oil
- 4 Eggs
- 1 box Lime Gelatin 3 oz box
- 3/4 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup butter
- 8 oz softened Cream Cheese
- Juice for 1/2 Lime about 3 tbsp
- 4 cup Powdered Sugar
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Grease two 9 inch cakes pans.
- Mix together cake mix, gelatin, oil, eggs, lime juice and orange juice.
- Pour into prepared pans.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool.
- Beat together butter and cream cheese until fluffy.
- Gradually add powdered sugar, mixing until blended.
- Frost cake.
- You can optionally garnish with lime zest and lime slices.
