This easy beef roast pot recipe is packed with incredible flavor and simple to prepare. Perfect for family meals or special occasions!

Ingredients Method

Ingredients
  

  • Baby Carrots
  • Potato
  • tablespoons Creole seasoning
  • tablespoon black pepper
  • tablespoons onion powder
  • tablespoon garlic powder
  • tablespoon celery flakes
  • tablespoon Parsley
  • cup water

Method
 

  1. Chop Potato and Carrots
  2. Beef roast- season with ingredients and Pan Sear on Stove top skillet
  3. place in casserole dish
  4. add cup of water
  5. add more Creole seasoning to liking and cover with foil
  6. Bake at 350 temp for 2 1/2 hours
  7. remove foil – add Carrots and Potato
  8. place back in oven and bake uncovered for additional 30 minutes or to liking
  9. Enjoy!
