Peanut Blossoms are soft and chewie

This classic peanut butter blossom cookie with Hershey’s kisses is remembered by everyone. It’s hard to ignore the irresistible mix of Chewy peanut butter cookies topped with a soft Hershey’s chocolate kissed. Pop them in your oven and taste the softest cookies with Hershey’s kisses in 30 minutes or less.

INGREDIENTS:

– 100g=1/2 CUP.Of sugar.

– 100g=1/2 packed CUP.Of brown sugar.

– 120g=1/2 CUP.Of creamy peanut butter.

– 60g=1/4 CUP.Of softened butter.

– 60g=1/4 CUP.Of shortening.

– An egg.

– 200g=1+1/2 CUP.Of all-purpose flour.

– 1 t.Of baking soda.

– 1/2 t.Of baking powder.

– granulated sugar, for coating.

– Three dozens Of {Hershey chocolate kisses}.

PREPARATION:

Step 1-Heat a 375-degree in your oven.

Step 2-Thoroughly blend together 1⁄2 cup Of regular sugar, Packed brown sugar, peanut butter, softened butter, shortening, and an egg. Stir in flour gradually, baking soda, and baking powder.

Step 3-Mold the dough into 1″ balls, and roll them in granulated sugar.   On an ungreased baking sheet, set about 2“ apart.

Step 4-Bake until light brown on the outside, for around  10 to 12 minutes.

Step 5-Press candy kisses tightly into each cookie directly then let them cool.
