* Ingredients :
° 7 large spoon unsalted butter
° ½ cup milk
° ½ cup granulated white sugar
° ½ cup brown sugar, firmly packed
° Pinch of salt
° 1 small spoon vanilla extract
° ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
° 2 cups confectioners’ sugar
* Preparation :
Combine milk , butter, salt, brown also white sugars in a large pan on medium heat. Adduce to a boil & stir for 7 min .
Take from heat & cooled shortly, and add vanilla, cocoa powder, also confectioner’s sugar. Whisk with an electric blender until fudge is softly and thicken .
Cast to a buttered baking pan . And cooled enough to touch, employ a spatula to aide roll blending to log form, packing it in plastic wrap & put in freezer for 21 min .

Cheesesteak egg rolls
Epic Cheeseburger Egg Rolls (Street Food Style)
* Ingredients :
For the egg rolls:
° 1 lb ground beef
° 1/2 yellow onion, minced
° 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil Salt and freshly ground pepper
° 5 slices of American cheese (Yellow orange cheese or Monterrey Jack)
° 1/2 cup (125 mL) diced pickle
° 14 egg rolls
° 1 egg white Canola oil
for frying Sauce:
° 1/4 cup (65 mL) mayonnaise
° 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
° 1 clove of garlic, pressed
° 1 teaspoon of paprika
° Salt and pepper from the mill
* Preparation :
Preheat a saucepan over medium heat. Join a small spoon of oil & onions. Sauté the onions. Add the ground beef and break up the pieces well. Cook until the meat begins to brown. Remove excess fat and place meat in a large bowl. Add the cheese and stir until it melts on the meat. Add the pickles. Preheat oil at 175 ° C . In a little bowl, softly beat egg white. Prepare egg rolls. Drizzle egg roll packing on a smooth surface. Add 2 tablespoons of cheeseburger mixture to each egg roll. Roll up well, close and seal. Scrub slightly with egg white. Fry the egg rolls until golden brown. Mix all the sauce ingredients together and serve with the egg rolls.
