Corn casserole

One of the easiest and most popular side dishes is corn casserole, which you can prepare on a cool autumn day. It only takes a plate to prepare and is as simple as mixing ingredients and baking .

 

* Ingredients :

° 1 can of whole corn kernels

° 1 packet of corn cream

° 237 ml of sour cream

° 1 packet of cornbread mix

° Half a cup of melted butter

° 1 teaspoon salt

 

* Preparation :

Preheat oven to 177 ° C .

Melt the butter in a glass microwave dish. Heat the butter at 30 second intervals, until it becomes liquid. The butter does not need to be hot, it just melts completely.

In a large bowl, add the corn, sour cream, cornbread mixture, butter and salt. Using a whisk or spoon, stir all ingredients until they are combined without cake batter or sour cream residue.

A light plate with a layer of 23  33 cm . Using cooking spray or a little butter, grease the baking dish, so that the dish does not stick when serving.

You can use a paper towel to spread a light layer of butter evenly throughout the bowl.

Pour the mixture into a bowl. Once the entire mixture is ready, use a rubber spatula or spatula to distribute it evenly in the baking dish.
