These Peanut Blossoms are soft and chewy

Peanut butter cookie lovers like us couldn’t resist the urge to create another variation! Again, peanut butter and chocolate are the stars of these delectable bites here.

* Ingredients:

° 1/2 cup butter, softened

° 2/3 cup Kraft Peanut Butter

° 2/3 cup granulated sugar, divided

° 1/3 cup firmly packed light brown sugar

° 1 eggs

° 2 c. of milk

° 1 c. vanilla

° 1-1 / 2 cup flour

° 1/3 cup peanuts, finely chopped

° 1 c. baking soda

° 1/2 c. salt

° 48 wrapped milk chocolate treats, developed

* Preparation:

Step 1

Heat the oven to 375ºF . Whisk butter/peanut butter/ 1/3 cup granulated sugar & brown sugar in great bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until light . Add the egg, milk and vanilla; beat until blended. Mix the flour, peanuts, baking soda & salt . Progressively add to creamy blending , beating well after every addition.

2nd step

Shape dough into 48 balls, 1 inch in diameter; roll in rest 1/3 cup granulated sugar. Put on ungreased baking paper 1/2 inch aside .

Step 3

Bake 9 to 10 min.  Directly press a chocolate treat into the center of each cookie. Let cool 2 min on the baking paper . Eliminate to baking paper & put on wire grid ; let cool completely .
