  1. (18 ounce) boxes chocolate cake mix
  2. cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  3. confectioners' sugar
  4. Directions
  5. Prepare pudding according to package directions.
  6. Whisk in cake mix.
  7. Stir in chocolate chips.
  8. Pour into a greased 15- x 10- x 1-inch baking pan.
  9. Bake at 350 degrees F.
  10. for 30 to 35 minutes or until the top springs back when lightly touched.
  11. Dust with confectioner's sugar.
  12. Serve with ice cream, if desired.
