Ingredients
  

  • chicken breast...
  • btl Sweet Baby Ray's sauce
  • /4 c vinegar
  • tsp red pepper flakes
  • /4 c brown sugar
  • tsp garlic powder

Method
 

  1. Mix everything but chicken.
  2. Place chicken in crock pot (frozen is ok).
  3. Pour sauce mixture over chicken.
  4. Cook on low 4-6 hours.
