  • cups flour
  • /2tsp. Baking soda
  • tsp. Allspice
  • tsp baking powder
  • /4 tsp salt
  • tsp cinnamon
  • /2 cups sugar
  • cup oil
  • beaten eggs

Method
 

  1. cups grated carrot
  2. oz can pineapple do not drain
  3. Mix flour,baking soda, baking powder, salt , allspice, cinnamon. Add sugar and oil and eggs and mix then add carrot and pineapple mix and put into greased and floured cake pan and bake at 350 for 70- 90 mins .. Cool and frost with cream cheese frosting ! Enjoy!!!

  6. cup icing sugar
  7. /4 cup butter
  8. tsp vanilla
  9. cream butter and cream cheese add vanilla and add icing and mix!!!
