Use your favorite peanut butter, creamy or crunchy. I have not tried this with a natural peanut butter, so I suggest using a traditional kind.
I love using crushed Ritz crackers. One “tube” of them is about 30 crackers, and you need about 60 crackers to make 2 cups of crushed crumbs.
Use milk or semi-sweet chocolate chips, whatever you like best!
Enjoy!
To Make this Recipe You’Il Need the following ingredients:
Ingredients
cup butter or margarine, melted
cups graham cracker crumbs
cups confectioners’ sugar
cup peanut butter
/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
tablespoons peanut butter
Directions
In a medium bowl, mix together the butter or margarine, graham cracker crumbs, confectioners’ sugar, and 1 cup peanut butter until well blended. Press evenly into the bottom of an ungreased 9×13 inch pan.
In a metal bowl over simmering water, or in the microwave, melt the chocolate chips with the peanut butter, stirring occasionally until smooth. Spread over the prepared crust. Refrigerate for at least one hour before cutting into squares.
