- Place 4 inches of water in a large pot; bring the water to a boil.
- Place the lobsters in the pot and cover the pot. Cook the lobsters for 11 minutes or until the shells are bright red and the meat is cooked through.
- Remove the lobsters from the pot. Let them cool for 5 minutes, then serve with melted butter on the side. Garnish with lemon wedges and parsley sprigs as desired.
