- Well to achieve this you will need these ingredients :

- carton. From stewed tomatoes.
- Colored pepper.
- Vegetable oil.
- tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce.
- teaspoon chopped garlic.
- Season 1 tablespoon salt.
- tablespoon of all-purpose flour.

- Step 1:
- First in a large mixing bowl, I mixed the flour with the season's salt, then put the meat in, and covered it completely with this mixture.
- Step 2:
- Next I heated up vegetable oil in a large frying pan, then added the meat, chopped garlic, and bell pepper, which I had sliced before, and cooked until the meat started turning brown.
- Step 3:
- At this point I transferred the beef and peppers from the skillet to a slow cooker lined with paper towels, leaving the fat behind.
- The fourth step:
- Finally I added the stewed tomatoes with the juice and a can of meat broth to the oil in the skillet where I fried the meat.
