VEGETABLE SOUP

Vegetable soup is the traditional dish of soup dishes, so for those who want to serve hot appetizers at the Ramadan table, learn how to make vegetable soup with health and wellness

Ingredients :

° Three tablespoons of tomato sauce.
° Two tablespoons of oats.
° A quarter of a teaspoon of black pepper and fine cumin.
° Two cubes of vegetable or chicken broth.
° Half a cup of vermicelli.
° 3 cloves of mashed garlic.
° One onion, potato, tomato, eggplant, sweet pepper cut into small cubes.
° A large grain of carrots.
° Two medium grains of zucchini.

How to prepare

Chop each of: peppers, squash, carrots, onions, eggplant, tomatoes, and potatoes. Frying eggplant, & set it apart . Put the onion and garlic in a small amount of oil, and saute them, then add: pepper, zucchini, carrots and potatoes and mix the ingredients, then add: broth cubes, tomato sauce and spices. Add boiling water, leave it to boil for fifteen minutes, then add: oats, vermicelli, tomatoes and eggplant and leave the ingredients for ten minutes, then serve.
