- Finely chop an onion, red and green bell pepper and a clove of garlic.
- Add the oil to the frying pan
- Add the onion and garlic
- Fry the onion over medium heat for about 5 minutes or until it becomes transparent.
- Add the peppers and a pinch of salt.
- Cook for another 5 minutes
- Add two or three spoonfuls of fried tomato and fry for one minute.
- Add minced meat
- Cook until the meat is done (you will know it is done when you see that it has changed color).
- Add a little black pepper and if necessary correct the salt.
- In a bowl mix the milk, an egg and a natural yogurt without flavor and without sugar.
- Dip the tortillas in the mixture and line the mold.
- Put another tortilla in the center
- Put the filling inside
- Put the remaining tortilla on top and close the mold
- Pour the remaining mixture on top
- Put a few pieces of butter on top
- Put in the oven and bake at 200 degrees with heat only from below for 30 minutes or until it is the way you like it.
- Once it is golden brown, take it out of the oven and it is ready to eat.
