* Banana Bread Ingredients:
° 1 cup of flour
° 1 teaspoon baking soda
° ½ 1 teaspoon salt
° Cup butter, melted
° ¾ cup brown sugar
° 2 eggs, scrambled
° ½2 cup mashed banana
* Banana baking method:
In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, and salt. And in another separate bowl, mix butter and brown sugar. Then add to the butter mixture the eggs and mashed banana and whisk them well.
Pour the banana mixture into the flour mixture and stir well.
In a greased mold, pour the mixture. Bake in the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 60 minutes until soft.
Take it out until it cools completely. Then cut it and serve it in a serving dish.
