Ingredients Method

Ingredients
  

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Chicken:
  • boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • cup corn starch & 1/2 cup flour mixed
  • beaten eggs
  • salt & pepper
  • /4 cup oil
  • Sauce:

Method
 

  1. cup ketchup
  2. /2 cup sugar
  3. /3 cup vinegar
  4. tbls honey
  5. tbls mustard
  6. tbls soya sauce
  7. Mix all together. Can adjust to sweetness or sourness of choice!
  8. Wash chicken and dip into cornstarch/flour mix then dip in eggs. Fry in heated pan with oil and add salt and pepper. Cook half way through.
  9. Place in a casserole dish and pour the sauce mixture on top. Mix well. Bake in preheated oven for 45 mins turning every 15 mins.
