This easy cheesy potato patties recipe is packed with incredible flavor and simple to prepare. Perfect for family meals or special occasions!

Ingredients
- C. frozen shredded hash browns thawed
- T. finely chopped onion
- large egg beaten
- /2 tsp. garlic powder
- /4 tsp. pepper
- pinch of salt
Instructions
- /3 C. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- /4 C. all purpose flour
- /4 C. Panko
- /4 C. oil for frying
- In a bowl, combine the hash browns, onion, egg, seasonings, cheese, flour and Panko. Heat the oil in a 10-12" skillet over med. high heat. Drop the potatoes by spoonful's into the hot oil, reduce the heat to medium and fry for 3-4 minutes per side. Drain on a paper towel lined plate.
