Peanut butter balls aka Buckeye Balls
Chocolate peanut butter balls: the recipe

Peanut butter balls aka Buckeye Balls
Ingredients
Method
- Mix all the ingredients together. Form a dozen balls with your hands. Keep at least 4 hours in the freezer so that the dough becomes quite firm. Melt chocolate in a double boiler with a teaspoon of coconut oil (this will make the chocolate smooth and shiny).
- Take your balls out of the freezer and, using 2 forks, dip them into the melted chocolate. So that the chocolate freezes well, place the balls, again, in the freezer for 1 hour.
- Then take them out of the freezer to keep them in the fridge (do not eat them straight out of the freezer! You will break your teeth). The balls keep perfectly, in the fridge, one week in an airtight box.
- Good tasting!
