Grasp the cabbage: Remove the core stem and chop the remaining portion into tiny squares. Put away for later.

Warm up Warm up the olive oil in a big skillet over medium heat before adding the meat. Pour in the minced beef and sauté, stirring frequently with a wooden spatula, until it is well-browned, about 5 to 7 minutes. Get rid of any extra oil.

Serve: Once the cabbage reaches the desired level of tenderness, taste and adjust seasoning again. Garnish with a sprinkle of fresh herbs and serve.

The temperatures are rising and you wonder how to make ice cream without an ice cream maker? I have the solution for you with this recipe for frozen yogurt bars: put a creamy mixture of fruit yogurt and whipped cream in the freezer and cover it with fruit muesli. You can have delicious and refreshing ice cream bars for kids’ snacks! I used Grillon Door Muesli to make this recipe.

°1/4 cup (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, cubed

°6 – beaten egg yolks

° powdered sugar, as needed

Preheat oven to 350° and line two baking sheets with parchment paper, then line a 9″ by 13″ baking sheet with parchment paper, leaving a 2-inch overhang on either side.

Roll out the puff pastry sheets and place them on baking sheets covered with baking paper, using a fork, and gently prick them all over the pastry, without piercing the bottom.

Optional: Line each puff pastry sheet with parchment paper, then cover with another baking sheet, serving as a weight, so that the puff pastry doesn’t puff up.

Place baking sheets in the oven and bake for 20-22 mn . Also take it out of the oven and let it cool completely.

Optional: Using a serrated knife to trim edges of puff pastry so it will fit in a 9-by-13-inch baking dish. Lay out a sheet of puff pastry

Whisk the flour and water together to obtain a slurry, then stir the mixture into the hot milk mixture and remove the pan from the heat.

Whisk some of the hot milk mixture into beat egg yolks to soften the yolks, then while the pan is still off the heat, whisk the yolks into the batter until combined.

The pot is returned to the fire and left to boil. Whisking frequently, cook 30 to 60 seconds or until cream thickens.

Pour the thick custard over the puff pastry in a 9″ x 13″ baking dish, then cover with a second sheet of puff pastry. (Trim edges to fit dish) Press gently until dough sticks.

Instructions:

Follow these steps to whip up a bowl of comforting creamy potato soup:

Prepare the Potatoes: Peel and dice the potatoes into small cubes. Set them aside.

Sauté Aromatics: In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the diced onion and minced garlic. Sauté until the onion becomes translucent and aromatic.

Add the Potatoes: Toss the diced potatoes into the pot, stirring to combine with the sautéed aromatics.

Broth Infusion: Pour in the chicken or vegetable broth, ensuring the potatoes are fully submerged. Bring the mixture to a gentle boil.

Simmer and Soften: Reduce the heat to low and let the soup simmer until the potatoes are tender and can be easily pierced with a fork.

Blend to Creaminess: Using an immersion blender, carefully blend the soup until smooth and creamy. Alternatively, transfer the soup to a countertop blender and blend in batches, then return the mixture to the pot.

Velvety Finish: Pour in the heavy cream, stirring to incorporate it into the soup. Continue simmering for a few more minutes to meld the flavors.

Season to Perfection: Season the soup with salt and black pepper, adjusting the amounts to your taste preferences.

Serve and Garnish: Ladle the creamy potato soup into bowls. Garnish with chopped chives, grated cheese, and bacon bits for added flavor and visual appeal.

Slow Cooker Beef Tips are absolutely delicious and full of rich flavor. This easy recipe will help you put a fork tender comfort food on the dinner table with minimal prep and a cooking time that allows you to get other things done simultaneously.

Ingredients

1 small onion, sliced

8 oz baby Bella mushrooms, sliced

1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

1 lb sirloin steak, cut in strips, excess fat trimmed

Salt & pepper

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

¼ cup dry red wine + splash for deglazing

2-½ cups fat free beef broth

2 tbsp corn starch + ¼ cup cold water, whisked together

How To Make Slow Cooker Beef Tips

Place the onions and mushrooms into the bottom of a 4.5 quart slow cooker.
Then, heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Generously season the steak strips with salt and pepper and add them to the hot skillet, and sear the meat on all sides, about 3 minutes; do not cook through.
Place the meat into the slow cooker on top of the vegetables.
Splash a couple tablespoons of red wine into the hot skillet and scrape the bottom to remove any browned meat bits. Add these to the crock pot.
Season the beef with pepper a second time and add the Worcestershire sauce, red wine, and beef broth. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
Uncover and slowly whisk in the cornstarch and water mixture. Cover and cook on high for another 45 minutes or until the gravy has thickened.
Serve the beef tips over brown rice (shown), buttered egg noodles, or mashed potatoes

Using a sharp knife, dice chicken into 1/3″ thick pieces and place them in a large mixing bowl. Tip: If chicken breast is partially frozen, it will be a little bit easier to slice.

Into the mixing bowl, add remaining batter ingredients: 2 eggs, 1/3 cup mayonnaise, 1/3 cup flour, 1 1/3 cups shredded mozzarella, 1 1/2 Tbsp dill, 1/2 tsp salt and 1/8 tsp black pepper, or season to taste.
*To test for doneness, cut a fritter in half and the chicken should be completely white inside. If your chicken patty is browning too fast, adjust your heat down.

HOW TO MAKE STEAK FAJITAS

Hey guys! I really hope you’re having a fantastic start to the week!
Have you found that you have less time in the evenings to spend preparing dinner because you are busy, feel more pressured, and perhaps find it difficult to bear the heat in the kitchen? I am the same way!
Therefore, I should have known that this Recipe for Steak Fajitas would be the perfect recipe for hurried dinners! It is simple to make, tasty, and a real time-saver for those hectic evenings that we all experience from time to time.

Slices of steak that are so tender and juicy that they melt in your mouth. SO SO GOOD. To serve, put tortillas, pico de gallo, and guacamole on the table.

The preparation of steak fajitas is a quick and simple dinner that is ideal for weekend get-togethers as well as evening suppers. Served with a stack of warm tortillas and sauces, this dish is comprised of beef, peppers, and onions and is accompanied by a stack of warm tortillas. Everybody loves them!

When it comes to conserving time and making the preparation of these excellent steak fajitas as simple as possible, one of my favorite things to do is take the recipe one step further. When I know I’m going to serve it the following day, I prefer to get the preparation out of the way the night before.

INGREDIENTS NEEDED:

2 Tsp.Of chili powder.
1 Tsp.Of ground cumin.
1 Tsp.Of smoked paprika.
3 cloves.Of garlic – minced.
Flat iron steak; I used 1½ Pounds.
2 ½ Tbsp.Of canola oil.
A large red bell pepper – cut into strips.
A yellow bell pepper – cut into slices.
A medium red onion – cut into wedges.

PREPARATION :

First Step:

Prepare the grill by heating it to a medium-high temperature.

Second Step:

Mix the chili powder with cumin, paprika, and paprika powder in a small bowl. Add minced garlic, 1 tsp of salt, and 1 tsp of pepper. Use a chili powder combination to season the meat.

Third Step:

Coat steak with 1 teaspoon of canola oil. For medium rare, cook steaks for around 4 to 5 minutes on each side on the grill. Allow for a five-minute period of recuperation.

Fourth Step:

Toss the remaining 1 1/2 tbsp of canola oil with the peppers and onion, and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Fifth Step:

Grill the bell peppers and onion for approximately 6 to 8 minutes, turning often, until they are browned and soft.

Sixth Step:

Cut the steak across the grain into thin slices and serve with bell peppers and onions..
