Ingredients :
1 1/2 cups minute rice
1 can cream of chicken
1 can cream of mushroom
1 can cream of celery
Chicken pieces – you can use bone in or boneless
Directions :
Preheat oven to 350 F. Spray baking dishes with nonstick spray. Mix rice and soup. Place chicken on top. Cover with foil. Bake for 90 minutes.
