Deluxe egg salad recipe

This classic egg salad gets an upgrade with hard-boiled eggs, cream cheese, celery, and a croissant! This unique egg salad sandwich is the best and easy to prepare!
So it’s funny how I ended up loving egg salad sandwiches for lunch, considering the main ingredient is hard-boiled eggs. Sure, it’s not only firm-boiled eggs, but that deifference is usually hard to pass on—as with kids, when you’re try to get them to eat vegetables in their soup.
* Ingredients :
° 3 ounces soft cream cheese
° 2 tablespoons soft butter
° 2 tablespoons chopped celery
° 1 tablespoon mayonnaise (or more if desired)
° 1 teaspoon grated onion
° 1 teaspoon sugar
° 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
° 1/4 teaspoon salt
° 1/8 teaspoon pepper
° 6 hard-boiled eggs, finely chopped
° paprika (optional)
° Pickled dill taste

 * Directions : 
1. In a medium bowl, mix cheese and butter. Stir until smooth.
2. Stir in celery, 1 tbsp. Mayonnaise, onion, sugar, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
3. Fold in the eggs.
4. Cover and let cool for an hour.
5. Serve on bread or croissants – sprinkle with paprika if desired.
